Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with team management ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail store operations, guiding staff and providing training as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and accident handling are followed.
• Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct for staff.
• Address customer complaints professionally to achieve positive resolutions.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and inviting store appearance with proper merchandising.
• Complete and balance paperwork and deposits accurately per guidelines.
• Enforce company standards, policies, and local laws, including tobacco/Alcohol rules.
• Monitor activity and report theft or dishonesty; manage cash operations.
• Authorize gas pump payments and uphold the credit policy.
