Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead support person in the daily operation of a retail store and guide staff.
• Assist with safety procedures, accident handling, and training.
• Greet and assist customers, resolving complaints professionally.
• Ensure store cleanliness, proper stocking, rotation and presentation of merchandise.
• Balance paperwork and deposits neatly and accurately per guidelines.
• Enforce company standards, policies and local laws about tobacco, alcohol and lottery sales.
• Monitor cashier, vendor and customer activity and report theft or dishonesty.
• Authorize gas pump payments and uphold credit policy.
