Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of the retail store and guide staff.
• Ensure safety procedures and accident handling are followed.
• Greet and assist customers with exemplary conduct and resolve complaints.
• Maintain inviting store appearance, ensure shelves are stocked and clean.
• Balance paperwork and deposits per company guidelines.
• Enforce cleanliness, grooming and uniform policies.
• Create attractive merchandise displays to promote sales.
• Comply with policies and laws on tobacco, alcohol, and lottery sales.
• Monitor activity and report theft or dishonesty.
• Authorize gas pump payments and uphold credit policy.
