Job summary

CHS, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Cenex Zip Trip convenience store in Brookings, SD. This full-time role includes overtime, with a 48-hour five-day schedule and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and use MS Office.
• Knowledge of retail products and safety/compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and guide other employees.
• Ensure safety procedures and accident handling procedures are followed.
• Greet and assist customers and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, cleanliness, and general appearance of the store.
• Manage deposits and paperwork in line with company guidelines.
• Enforce company standards, policies, and legal requirements.
