Joe & the Juice in Orlando, FL is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead a high-energy team. You will ensure guest experiences meet brand standards, manage costs, and uphold safety and hygiene across the store.

You'll recruit, coach, and develop teammates, schedule shifts, and optimize processes to deliver strong EBITDA and KPI results while maintaining a vibrant, culture-driven environment that reflects our Moneyball career path and people-first ethos.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service-driven environment.
• Proven track record of delivering operational and financial results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for people leadership and development.

• Lead, inspire, and develop team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
