Job summary

Joe & The Juice Waterford Lakes in Orlando is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, uphold brand standards, and lead a team during busy shifts. The role focuses on delivering great guest experiences, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient workflows.

You’ll be a hands-on leader, coaching staff, driving sales, managing inventory, and upholding safety and compliance.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience with team supervision and opening/closing procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and resolve conflicts
• Demonstrates ambition to grow into a people-focused leader and build a long-term career in management

Responsibilities
