Joe & The Juice in Orlando, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, ensuring top performance in guest experience, sales, and compliance. You will oversee staffing, training, and execution of company standards while building a high‑engagement team across shifts.

You will be responsible for maximizing store EBITDA and achieving sales targets, while upholding brand values and local regulations in a fast‑paced, music‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable retail, hospitality, or service‑driven environment, with a proven track record of delivering operational and financial results
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, with ability to drive performance, accountability, and engagement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative team culture

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles
• Own recruitment, interviewing, hiring, pre‑boarding, and onboarding of team members
• Develop and motivate team through structured development plans and continuous feedback
• Champion a guest‑first mindset across store operations and drive loyalty
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment with hygiene and health standards
• Plan optimal shift schedules considering seasonality and traffic
• Manage inventory, stock counting, and waste targets
• Drive store sales and EBITDA, monitor KPIs and take corrective actions
