Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear/athletic apparel.
• Experience managing and developing a sales team.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience; 3+ years in management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals for the store and departments.
• Manage store assets and operate the store efficiently.
• Direct sales efforts and mentor sales staff and managers in training.
• Monitor store metrics, inventory, expenses to drive profit.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and evaluate staff; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain security and partner with Asset Protection to prevent shrink.
