Job summary

Peet's Coffee, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for the Berkeley District to lead a passionate team, drive sales, and maintain exceptional customer service.

You will manage daily operations, scheduling, and inventory while upholding Peet’s standards of quality and hospitality. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in food/service, be available full-time, and capable of working varied hours.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management/supervisory experience in service/food industry or equivalent.
• Open availability and ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work various hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of safety and labor laws and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a store team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales goals.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and reporting to identify opportunities for growth and cost control.
• Create a positive work environment, recognize achievements, and coach and develop staff.
• Schedule staff using Peet’s tools to meet productivity and service goals.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and compliance with policies.
