Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Leadership: natural coach who motivates teams and leads by example.
• Operational know-how: inventory, scheduling, cash handling, vendor relations.
• Problem-solving mindset: quick on your feet, calm under pressure, solution-oriented.
• Tech savvy: familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools and basic software.
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
