Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees sales, payroll budgets, expenses, and banking to meet profit goals and shrink reduction.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in delivering exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals.
• Coaches, trains, develops, evaluates, supervises, and schedules store associates.
• Maintains proper security of the store location and all company assets.
