Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the successful operation of the sales floor and receiving area.
• Assist in managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and related reports.
• Ensure compliance with store standards and customer service expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning for associate growth.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store as needed.
