Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet is opening a new store in Waterville, ME and is seeking a Co Team Leader to provide leadership for the sales floor and receiving area. The ideal candidate will create a passionate sales team dedicated to maximizing the customer experience and driving sales.

Responsibilities include managing payroll and budgeting, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting associate development. Qualified applicants should possess a high school diploma and have a minimum of two years of retail management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets and expenses.
• Provide exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences.
• Ensure that store standards and operational expectations are met.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed.
