Qualifications

• As a full-time Windsor Store Manager you are responsible for driving our mission statement in your store.
• You manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards and make decisions that impact store performance and profitability.
• You are accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
• You hire, lead and develop a high performing team of fashion loving Co‑Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
