Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a Store Manager to support the district manager and lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales goals. You will oversee product presentation, store operations, and staff training to ensure a neat, engaging environment.

Ideal candidates bring retail/cosmetics experience, strong communication, and the ability to work 2 closing shifts and multiple weekends. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or cosmetic experience preferred for success in store leadership.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales and customer data.
• Basic computer skills for POS and reporting.
• Must be 18+ with authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a best in class experience to customers

• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts
• Assist District Manager in achieving store sales goals
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform open and close procedures for the store

• Perform other duties as assigned
