Job summary

Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coaching a team, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage staff training, and maintain store standards across operations, inventory, and merchandising.

As the Store Manager, you will report to the District Sales Manager and play a key role in delivering performance goals while fostering an engaging and inclusive team environment. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
