Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations across our store, driving sales, coaching a team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will own hiring, training, and staffing, while ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, performance management, and implementing Lids’ selling strategy, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, inventory control, and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills with ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for customer and team interactions.
• Ability to travel overnight for training and meetings.
• Willingness to work varying days and hours per business needs.
• Demonstrated managerial capabilities in a retail environment.
