Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate with Store Associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead all store operations in line with company standards.
• Analyze store reports to control expenses and monitor performance.
• Schedule Associates to meet business objectives and ensure coverage.
• Ensure safety policies are understood and monthly safety meetings are conducted.
• Maintain brand appearance and high standard of housekeeping.
• Oversee merchandise processing and in-store presentation.
• Support loss prevention and inventory processes.
• Direct supervision of all non-exempt Associates.
