The role includes recruiting, training, evaluating employees, managing opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, analyzing sales, controlling costs, maintaining security and compliance, and upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Interpret manuals, safety rules and procedures; perform basic math; handle cash accurately.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety protocols.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations.
