Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt leadership Store Manager to oversee daily operations in a retail environment. The role typically requires 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, with additional hours based on business needs.

The position offers a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits. You will lead customer service, promotions, budgeting, payroll, and staff scheduling while driving store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills for customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising displays.
• Able to assist customers with personal sales and complaints to retain loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• 2 year college degree or equivalent.
