Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive sales across a dynamic automotive retail environment. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, and typically 40+ hours per week with accountability for payroll, budgets, and staff performance.

Ideal candidates will have retail sales management success, excellent customer communication, and strong inventory and merchandising oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales management with a track record of delivering results.
• Ability to manage inventory, order scheduling, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive store sales and promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track payroll, budgets, and store goals.
• Keep financial records current and manage staff schedules.
• Schedule and assign staff based on skill levels.
• Attend paid training to stay updated on automotive service developments.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
