Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt leadership Store Manager. This role involves maintaining a flexible schedule, typically 40+ hours across five days, including weekends, with a pay range of $64,365 to $109,410.

The position requires strong retail sales management and the ability to drive store performance and customer satisfaction. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, retail management experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Keep records and relevant financial information current.

• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
• Other duties as assigned.
