Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years in retail or related field.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, and forms.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and recruit/train staff.
• Develop tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and store image.
