Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking an on-site Store Leader responsible for directing a small team and ensuring top-tier customer service in a busy retail environment.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff to maintain accurate stock, promotional execution, and store standards across the shift. The role requires strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work long hours.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and manage store activities.
• Recruit, hire and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks and delegate to ensure store is stocked and organized.
• Schedule employees per company guidelines to maximize service.
• Maintain safety, fairness, and professional image; handle customer issues.
• Monitor communications and conduct regular team meetings.
