Job summary

Circle K seeks a Store Leader to supervise 2+ team members, recruit and develop staff, and ensure store standards in Indiana, PA. You will schedule shifts, maintain a clean, well-stocked store, and uphold excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, budgeting awareness, merchandising, and compliance with company policies. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential; Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/LSR/SA descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/LSR/SA descriptions.
• Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the store, including reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to have open availability.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions described above.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees.
• Recruits, hires and trains positive, enthusiastic employees.
• Develops, manages and assigns tasks to ensure the store is clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Maintains a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedules employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Implements non-discriminatory management skills during hiring, training, counseling and mentoring.
