Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a small retail team in a busy Portland-area location. You will supervise 2+ full-time staff, drive customer service excellence, and maintain store standards in inventory, safety and cash handling.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, organizing schedules, and delivering performance feedback through Workday. You will collaborate with suppliers, manage daily sales, and uphold the company image in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment, tools and procedures.
• Ability to supervise store operations, inventory and reports.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees including CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Recruit, hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure store is clean, stocked, organized and compliant with standards.
• Schedule staff within guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Provide ongoing training on safety, cash handling and company policies.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and maintain a professional store image.
• Manage performance reviews and provide timely feedback using Workday.
• Analyze daily sales and budget to maximize profitability.
• Communicate effectively with team and District Manager.
• Organize files, reports and ensure all posters are current.
