Job summary

StorageMart is hiring a Store Manager to lead store operations and drive sales. You will engage customers through phone, in-person interactions, and email, ensuring a seamless service experience.

The role includes opening/closing the store, light maintenance, and basic account management. Occasional travel to support other locations is required, with emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and administrative experience is a plus, training provided.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Store Operations: strategize and collaborate to grow business and maximize sales.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: engage with customers via phone, in person, and email.
• Maintain Our Facility: open/close the store; light maintenance and cleaning.
• Manage Accounts: handle customer accounts and debt management.
• Travel Between Locations: support other stores as needed.
