Job summary

HouseMart is seeking an experienced store operations leader to drive daily performance across a multi-store network. You will coach staff, optimize selling techniques, inventory practices and product knowledge to grow sales and profitability.

This role emphasizes customer service, adherence to policies, and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning staffing, training, audits, and ensuring safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field, or at least 3 years of related experience.
• 2–3 years of retail and/or business supervisory experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google, internet, and e-mail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily and monthly sales against goals to meet or exceed targets.
• Greet customers promptly and determine needs to offer appropriate products.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet company expectations.
• Maintain inventory system and assist with store audits.
• Foster teamwork and high morale across the staff.
