Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead a retail location with a flexible schedule, typically 40+ hours across five days, including weekends. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving store sales and managing payroll, budgets, and staff.

Pay range is $67,430.00 to $114,620.00, with commitment to fair compensation. The position requires strong leadership, inventory control, and a passion for the Bridgestone brand and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year college degree preferred.
• Proven success in retail sales management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid automobile driver’s license required.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Ability to assist customers with sales and resolve complaints to ensure loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.

• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
