Job summary

You will coordinate operations, training, and scheduling to meet district targets and support recruiting and onboarding of assistants. A strong emphasis on leadership and customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and profitability.
• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Handle currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve metric targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores within the district.
• Assist recruiting, selection, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
