Job summary

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, onboarding of new assistants, training, and collaboration with the District Director of Operations to meet sales targets and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years in sales, customer service and cash handling; 1+ year supervisory experience preferred; exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations and Corporate Office when needed.
• Respond to inquiries, applications, requests, and sales while following regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency and manage cash drawer, deposits, and bank pickups.
• Balance batch receipts with store reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve store metrics and targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores within the district.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding Assistant Store Managers within the district.
