Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as a Store Manager as part of our General Manager development path. 12+ weeks of store leadership training follow, with GO100 GM certification and promotion

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods.

• Prepare for leadership path toward GM through our training and GM certification GO100.
