Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda store, driving financial results and guest satisfaction. You will hire, coach and direct associates, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with food safety standards.

External hires begin as Store Managers on the General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training (GO100) and a clear promotion track to GM upon successful completion of evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Support the General Manager development path and participate in leadership training programs.
