Journeys in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Store Personnel Manager in Training to support sales growth and protect assets. You will recruit, hire, and train team members while driving a high-energy customer experience in a teen-focused footwear and accessory retailer.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work 45 hours per week including nights and weekends. Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Recruit, interview, and hire high-caliber employees with in-store needs.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing policies and practices.
• Ensure that all company initiatives are properly implemented and aligned with company direction.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews.
