Job summary

Oniverse in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fashion-forward team, deliver exceptional client service, and drive profitable sales through strong merchandising and leadership.

You will manage daily store operations, mentor staff, recruit talent, and uphold brand standards while ensuring a memorable customer experience.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least 4 years in contemporary retail, with flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement with top clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Enforce exceptional customer service and expand the customer portfolio across multiple projects.
• Ensure client follow-up by the sales team with customized proposals.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with guidance from management.
• Represent the brand’s standards for a high-level customer experience.
• Mentor and lead the team through product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitors.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team in-store.
