Job summary

Oniverse is seeking a Store Manager for its Westfarms, CT location. You will lead the store team, drive profitable sales, and deliver a memorable client experience by training staff and overseeing operations, merchandising, and customer service.

The role requires 4+ years in retail, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, stock, and POS systems in a fast-paced environment. A pathway to leadership and growth is highlighted through team development and district support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, committed and goal oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• People person who builds connections with guests and teammates.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor with customer engagement of top clients.
• Enforce exceptional customer service and expand the customers’ portfolio.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with guidance from the District Manager.
• Mentor team through product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Oversee stock, merchandise processing, and POS operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
