Lids Sports Group in Johnson Creek, WI is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage recruitment, training, and team engagement while upholding Lids standards and policies.

You will oversee store performance, customer service, inventory, and merchandising, and collaborate with district leadership to meet KPIs and company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Proven supervisory skills, with capacity to deliver training material and assess retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
• Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs, and maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Proven managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations and urgent requests.
• Direct in-store team members to ensure optimal customer service and efficient store operations.
• Educate staff on Lids membership programs and in-store promotions.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll compliance, and staffing to maintain store performance.
• Maintain product presentation, pricing, and inventory integrity across the store.
