You will hire, train, and supervise staff, and implement operational processes to attract and retain guests. Successful Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching employees, planning promotions, maintaining POS data, and inventory receipt oversight to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Three years of retail management experience preferred.
