Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Farmington, UT, to lead a high-performing team and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will guide sales via our proven process, coach staff, and manage daily store operations to meet and exceed targets.

You will recruit and train top talent, leverage technology for demonstrations, and optimize store performance through data-driven coaching and strategic promotions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals, preferably in a high-end/specialty environment.
• Experience recruiting, training, engaging and retaining top talent.
• Ability to use technology for store operations and sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a world-class customer experience using a proven sales process to guide customers to Sleep Number products that deliver the best sleep.
• Build relationships with customers and team; communicate product features, benefits, and promotions; provide timely follow-up and coaching.
• Lead store operations, recruiting, management, training and sales functions to ensure productivity and policy compliance.
• Drive local market awareness and store traffic through programs and tools; hold team accountable for results and customer trust.
