Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant.
• Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships.
• Strong leadership and desire to exceed corporate initiatives and inspire excellence in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• High-energy, collaborative leadership style and professional demeanor.

• Establish a strong customer service culture across the team.
• Implement strategies to help meet store goals and objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate store team members who exceed expectations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Coach and develop the team according to career plans set by the District Manager.
• Market within the community to increase market share and store revenues.
