Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals, focusing on company growth.
• Manage store assets and payroll to meet labor goals.
• Direct and supervise sales efforts; train associates in sales strategies and skills.
• Monitor store performance including sales statistics, inventory and expenses.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to enforce policies and goals.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Mentor Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and evaluate staff; schedule labor.
• Maintain store security; partner with Asset Protection to prevent theft.
• Communicate inventory movement and execute marketing plans.
• Provide outstanding customer service as per policy and standards.
• Protect company assets and report potential fraud.
