Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience, footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• Experience in managing and cultivating a sales team.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience and 3+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals for the store.
• Manage and protect company assets at the store.
• Direct and mentor sales staff in strategies and skills.
• Monitor store operations: sales stats, inventory, expenses for profitability.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to enforce policies and goals.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling; manage payroll.
• Ensure store security and partner with Asset Protection.
• Communicate inventory movements and drive inventory goals.
• Implement marketing and advertising plans; monitor customer trends.
• Stay aware of competition and community events for opportunities.
• Provide extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual.
