Job summary

Hibbett Sports Oxford is looking for a Store Manager to lead all store operations and drive sales across departments. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service in line with company policies.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in customer service and 3+ years in management, plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You will report to the District Sales Manager and help grow profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in retail, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience and 3+ years of management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals, focusing on company growth.
• Direct and oversee all sales efforts; train staff in sales strategies.
• Monitor inventory, expenses and profitability of the store.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and evaluate employees; manage payroll.
• Ensure security and prevent shrink; maintain store standards.
• Communicate marketing plans and stay aware of customer trends.
