Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years retail experience with proven sales results.
• Minimum of two years of retail management experience.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
• Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops.

• Supports and executes product, visual and marketing directives, maintaining brand standards.

• Coaches and develops store-management and associate teams to align with company goals.
• Communicates feedback to the District or Market Manager to grow the business.
• Strives to achieve top-line sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
