Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results.
• Minimum of two years of retail management experience required.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delegates tasks to meet selling, visual, and operational needs.
• Builds product confidence and education through training tools.
• Supports and executes product, visual, and marketing directives.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and stockroom, ensuring safety and great customer experience.
• Drives digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.
• Coaches management and associate teams to align with company goals.
• Analyzes reports and payroll data to drive performance and shrinkage control.
