Job summary

PacSun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven and profitable store. The role requires inspiring the team, enforcing policies, and executing store KPIs. Part-time hours and flexibility for weekends and holidays are expected.

You will help create an engaging shopping environment, coach associates, and maintain visual standards while ensuring safety and high service levels for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean, organized store and a safe environment to maximize customer experience.
• Shares customer feedback with leadership to improve the experience.
• Performs floor supervision during non-peak periods and covers breaks as needed.
• Drives store performance and ensures execution of visual directives and standards.
• Coaches associates and recognizes outstanding performance.
• Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety practices.
