Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in store management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with store customers and provide excellent service.
• Lead and train a qualified Assistant Manager.
• Prepare and submit weekly schedules and manage payroll budget with guidance from District Manager.
• Oversee inventory control, pricing and a well-organized stockroom.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and loss-prevention standards.
• Communicate store performance, issues, and opportunities to District Manager/Regional leadership.
• Supervise expenditures over approved limits and maintain store hours as directed.
