Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of related experience in store management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with customers and provide service.
• Lead and train staff, including Assistant Manager.
• Manage weekly schedules and payroll within budget.
• Control inventory shrinkage and maintain store standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with District Manager on performance and issues.
