Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont seeks a Store Manager to lead a retail store and donation center, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring financial performance. Responsibilities include directing daily activities, hiring and onboarding, scheduling, and maintaining inventory, pricing, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school in Business or related field.
• Three years of retail management experience as a Store Manager or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License (Class C) with car insurance and reliable automobile.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities for the retail store to ensure net performance provides satisfactory financial support for the organization.
• Directs and supervises staff, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training.
• Manages staffing and scheduling for regular hours and peak times, and coordinates shipments to meet sales goals.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures, pricing guidelines and loss prevention measures.
