Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties for extended periods.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others and lead a team.
• Comfort with firearms certified processes in certain locations; full compliance.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Strong cash handling, POS, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and promote a positive environment.
• Recruit, coach, and develop store employees to meet FirstCash standards.
• Open/close the store, manage cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Monitor loan processes, inventory, and merchandising; drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies and prepare enterprise-level reporting.
• Communicate goals and ensure staff understands the store's mission.
• Stay up-to-date on products and participate in training programs.
• Collaborate with District Manager and maintain customer relations.
